How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for US orders. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package directly from the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may have already entered fulfillment. Please email us at hello@bemomenteer.com as soon as possible.

What are the Country Patches made of?
Our Country Patches are high-quality embroidered patches with a hook-and-loop (velcro) backing. They attach easily to any compatible bag, jacket, or gear panel.
Will the patch stick to my bag?
Our patches use hook-and-loop backing, so they work best on bags and jackets that have a loop fabric panel. Many travel backpacks and military-style bags include these panels. You can also sew them on permanently if preferred.
Are the travel products from a specific brand?
We source our Smart Travel Essentials from trusted suppliers around the world, selected for quality and value. Each product is reviewed before it joins our collection.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Country Patches are final sale due to their custom nature.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@bemomenteer.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right within 24 hours.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
